Role Overview.

Our Redress Support service operates 9am-5pm between Monday and Friday. It provides, safe, trauma-informed and culturally safe Telehealth casework and counselling to adult survivors of institutional child sexual abuse inquiring about or engaging with the National Redress Scheme.

The Redress Team Leader is a 4 day a week role responsible for leading a team of 4-5 case workers including all aspects of people management. The role provides clinical leadership, line management, mentoring and coaching, application review as well as daily operational coordination and supervision of their team members. It will enable the service and caseworker team to meet compliance and performance standards, support staff wellbeing, and contribute to operational excellence within a values-based social justice framework. Together, this team supports the delivery of a trauma-informed, culturally safe Redress Support Service for people with experiences of institutional child sexual abuse exploring or engaging with the National Redress Scheme.

We are looking for an experienced team leader of remote teams with trauma informed counselling experience who can commit to 30 daytime hours per week, worked across four 7.5-hour days on one of the following schedules:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday.
