Ideally, you’ll bring:
2 plus years in a digital marketing role or similar
Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
Strong understanding of funnels and conversion principles
Working knowledge of SEO and SEM
Solid analytical and reporting capability
Strong written communication
· An advantage: Graphic design skills (Canva and Adobe)
What You’ll Own
This role is all about digital performance, optimisation and growth across our key channels. You’ll create, manage and improve our paid campaigns, SEO / SEM activity, analytics and reporting, website performance and social scheduling, ensuring our digital ecosystem is always performing at its best.
Examples of your core work include:
· Running and optimising paid campaigns such as Meta and Google Ads
· Managing and updating our websites, including WordPress content, landing pages and performance
· Reporting on results through tools like Google Analytics and Meta
· Scheduling and captioning content across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
· Improving funnels, landing pages and conversion outcomes
How You’ll Collaborate
You will work inside a marketing and head office team that values collaboration. There will be crossover on many marketing roles including strategy, and if you have the skills and an eye graphic design, that would certainly be an advantage.

We’re now searching for a full time Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Traralgon. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with a small, energetic team of marketing and sales professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven digital all-rounder who loves seeing campaigns convert, platforms grow and data turn into real results.
