Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Responsible for leading a small team completing roof and gutter replacements, new installs and maintenance work

Ensuring all work is compliant and of a high standard

Measuring and ordering of flashings and materials

Liaising with clients daily

Ensuring all safety procedures are adhered to

Assist with compliance documentation, managing certification and QBCC requirements for all jobs

Minimum 5 years’ experience

Neat and presentable appearance

Experience leading a team

Experience with all types of metal roofing

High level communication (written/verbal), customer service, and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated with strong attention to detail

Exceptional organisation skills and ability to multi-task

Can follow directions while also taking initiative to make things better

Positive attitude and a strong team player that is polite, courteous, and friendly

Excellence organisation, problem solving, and time management skills

Sound knowledge of the relevant building codes and standards

Willingness to take on more responsibility as the business grows

Can pivot and adapt when plans change
