The Role

We are currently hiring Disability Support Workers to assist individuals with daily living in their homes and out in the community. Your role will involve supporting independence, promoting dignity, and contributing to each client’s well-being.

No experience necessary — full training provided on the job.

Locations:

We support clients across Redcliffe, Caboolture, Morayfield, Lawnton, Burpengary, and Narangba. Immediate start available.

What We’re Looking For:

A caring, empathetic, and reliable nature

Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Good communication skills in both spoken and written English

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts — including split shifts, long shifts, and weekends

Must be happy to work early mornings and late afternoons as per client needs

Current (or willingness to obtain):

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)

First Aid and CPR

Medication Administration and Infection Control Certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check
