Your new role:

As a Clinical Nurse with our Adult Community East Team, you will:

• Provide advanced clinical assessment, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning for patients with complex mental health needs.
• Manage portfolios including clinical leadership, education, research, and quality assurance aligned with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement, incident investigations, risk management, and change initiatives.
• Utilize electronic medical records and healthcare technology while maintaining patient confidentiality and compassionate care.

About you:

You bring:

• A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification; postgraduate qualifications or enrolment in mental health nursing are highly desirable.
• Proven advanced clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills in mental health and addiction nursing.
• Experience in clinical leadership, education, and mentoring within mental health settings.
• Strong ability to work autonomously, make critical clinical decisions, and lead teams effectively.
