About you You’re an accomplished Building Services Electrical Engineer with the technical depth to lead projects and the interpersonal skills to engage clients confidently. You’re just as comfortable in a design workshop as you are in a boardroom, and you see the commercial side of engineering as a challenge to embrace, not avoid.

You might already be a Senior Engineer ready for more leadership and recognition, or an Intermediate Engineer looking to prove yourself at the next level in an environment that rewards initiative and results.
We’d love you to have:

• RPEQ (or the ability to obtain it quickly) – essential
• Senior to Associate level 10–15+ years’ experience in building services electrical design and delivery (health, commercial, residential, education, or mixed-use) OR Intermediate to Senior 6 + years experience.
• Proven client-facing and project leadership experience
• A track record of delivering high-quality work on time and on budget
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership
