We are looking for an experienced (minimum 5 years) and personable Maths teacher with strong leadership potential to join a vibrant school community in a stunning bayside location.

This full-time, ongoing role offers significant leadership opportunities and is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about Maths, skilled in explicit teaching, and eager to mentor, coach, and lead a team as they implement the Victorian Teaching & Learning Model (0.2) across the Maths curriculum.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Teach Maths across Years 7-12 with expertise and enthusiasm.
• Mentor, coach, and support the Maths team in rolling out explicit VTLM 0.2 pedagogy.
• Collaborate with a supportive executive leadership team that values innovation, growth, and collaboration.
• Inspire students to develop their mathematical understanding, confidence, and love of learning.
• Enthusiasm to teach Year 7 or 8 (as well as senior classes) as part of the innovative Explicit Teaching Coaching Program
