We don’t outsource our critical services. Instead, we proudly deliver with our licensed plumbers, electricians, and air conditioning installers, ensuring smoother operations, better communication, and consistent quality across every project.

At RJL A Group, we’re a fully qualified plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning company with Accredited Provider (AP) status under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program.

We help both households and businesses across Victoria switch to energy-efficient systems — from air conditioners to heat pumps — offering complete sales, installation, and rebate claim services.

We’re expanding rapidly and looking for motivated professionals to join our growing team.

Due to business expansion, we are looking to add new installation teams.
Must be experienced in installing VRF and multi-split air conditioning systems.
Each team usually consists of 3–4 installers (including an electrician), and all work must be completed on the same day.

We are looking for 2–3 technicians to join our team.

Licensed HVAC Technicians( Rate from $600 per day)

Registered Mechanical Services Plumber( Rate $500 per day)

4th Year Apprentice Mechanical Plumber (Rate from $350 per day) 、

Offering a base salary plus superannuation and bonus incentives.
