Australia Wide Trades Recruitment is seeking a Audio Visual & Security Service Technician to join our client, a global systems integrator specialising in electronic security, CCTV, and access control. The position requirements include but are not limited to:

• Provide second-line support for a wide range of AV and electronic security systems
• Respond to service requests and perform preventative maintenance and minor installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults across AV, CCTV, access control, and IP systems
• Complete service reporting, documentation, and commissioning activities
• Deliver high-level technical support and training to clients and end users

To be considered for this role you should ideally possess the following:

• Experience with Audio Visual systems, Workspace Management, IPTV, and media distribution
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intercom, and IP/cloud-based systems
• Familiarity with Australian Standards applicable to the security industry
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
• Current White Card and driver's licence

Hours & Rates

Day shift hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm

$53p/h + OT + super + vehicle + phone/laptop
