A very successful food industry machine manufacturer needs service techs to support its growing business. This large national business offers a long-term position for tradespeople or engineers to join its successful team.

As a Field Service Technician, you provide corrective and preventative maintenance on coffee and food equipment and appliances at customer premises. You will also get involved in the installation of new equipment.

This will involve developing and building relationships with existing customers while fostering relationships with new customers to benefit future business.

Your key responsibilities are:
•Carry out corrective maintenance on coffee and food equipment at customers' premises.
•Being able to problem solve and diagnose faults with equipment.
•Carry out Preventative Maintenance on Coffee/Food equipment at customer's premises.
•Carry out the Installation and Commissioning of Coffee and Food equipment under the guidance of Project Management.
•Complete all required paperwork including organising invoicing.
•Ensure that all customers on site procedures and policies.
•Take ownership of the job and use your initiative to deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
•Ensure that rolling stock takes are undertaken to minimise stock losses.
•Foster relationships with both internal and external customers
This role requires travel Locally. It is a temp tp perm position with an excellent wage and vehicle (pick up and return from depot).

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
•Electrical machine service experience.
•Trade qualifications.
•Ability to follow Wiring diagrams & service manuals.
•Fault finding experience.
•3 phase and or complex service board experience.
•Computer skills and software experience ideal.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
