About the Role
As an Assembly Process Worker, you’ll help prepare, batch, and pack meals while maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. You’ll work alongside experienced cooks and kitchen staff to deliver food that meets our high standards of quality and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Preparing and batching ingredients for cooking and packing.

· Packing, unpacking, and labelling food products

· Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and organisation of your workstation.

· Following food safety and HACCP procedures.

· Recording key quality checks (QCPs & CCPs)

· Supporting your team with general kitchen hand duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager

What We’re Looking For

· Unrestricted work rights in Australia (Permanent residents preferred).

· Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

· Availability to work AM shift hours (6am–2pm).

· Excellent time management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Team player who’s reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

· Physically fit and able to lift 10–20kg safely.

· Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
