We’re looking for a friendly, switched-on, and energetic person to join our growing quoting and estimating team. If you enjoy chatting with customers, giving great advice, and helping plan jobs (without crawling under floors or standing in the sun all day), you’ll love this role.

A typical day

Visit customers across Perth (in your company vehicle) to inspect jobs and discuss their needs

Listen carefully, offer expert advice, and make a great impression with your knowledge and charisma

Take detailed notes and photos, then return to the office to prepare and send quotes

Follow up with customers to answer questions, secure deposits, and schedule works

Coordinate materials and occasionally meet tradesmen onsite to go over job details

Assist the manager with day-to-day operations when needed

Prepare quotes received via third-party platforms or text

What we’re looking for

Plumbing and gas experience (trade qualification ideal, but not essential)

Strong people skills and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers

A team player who fits in well with both admin and field crews

Confident communicator with good attention to detail

Organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn something new
