We’re looking for qualified Refrigeration Mechanics, dual trade Electricians, and apprentices (any year level) who want to grow with us. For the right candidate, this isn’t just another job — it’s a rare opportunity to earn equity and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

The Role

As part of our close-knit team, you’ll work across a wide variety of projects involving:

Service and Breakdown Work: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of HVAC systems.

Installations: Carry out professional installs of split systems, ducted systems, VRV/VRF units, hydronic heating, and heat pumps.

Preventative Maintenance: Keep systems performing at their best for our growing client base.

Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to build trust and long-term relationships.

Process Improvement: Help refine our systems as we grow — your input matters here.

Whether you’re a qualified technician, an apprentice looking to learn, or an electrician expanding your trade — we have opportunities suited to your skill level and ambition.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic with ARCtick licence, or a motivated apprentice (any year) ready to take the next step.

Dual Trade Electricians with refrigeration or HVAC experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, especially for service and repair work.

Reliable, motivated, and proud of your workmanship.

Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.

Growth mindset — open to developing leadership skills and taking on responsibility as the business expands.
