Embracia Moonee Valley Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and qualified Room Leader to join our team. Located in Avondale Heights Victoria, this is a fantastic role for those looking to work closer to home.

Our purpose-built centre offers 120 places across inspiring indoor and outdoor environments. With the support of our Educational Leader, Area Manager, and leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead your room with confidence and purpose.

About You

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum).

At least 2 years’ experience as a Room Leader or in a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF.

Experience guiding, supporting, and motivating a team.

Great communication and relationship-building skills.

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training, WWCC, and Police Check.
