Experience in the solar industry is not required!!!! - We find people that don't have any experience in the solar or battery industry do the best when they start setting appointments for our sales team.

Training is available on the basics for solar which is all you will need. As long as you can bring a good attitude and some energy then you will book plenty appointments each day.

iinergy is one of the largest solar companies in South East Queensland, providing Solar Energy Systems to Queensland residents. We are currently searching for energetic and enthusiastic people to join our Call Centre team based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane.

The role involves initiating outbound calls and scheduling potential customers for an in-home appointment to sit down with one of our solar consultants, as you educate and promote iinergy’s products. This role is office based.

To be considered for this role:

Australian Citizen, NZ Citizen/Permanent resident (with working rights in Australia).

Fluent in English.

Excellent communication skills.

Handling objections from customers (training will be supplied)

Able to complete the recruitment process.

Permanent full time position available after 6months on casual for the right applicant

Achievable targets with generous bonuses.

hourly base at $33.38 per hour + super (commission on top of this)
