What you’ll do
You'll take full ownership of contract development, negotiation, and risk evaluation, ensuring every agreement aligns with industry standards and protects the business. Your sharp eye for detail will keep stakeholders accountable and compliance tight.

Managing both head contracts and subcontractor agreements, you’ll shape the commercial backbone of each project. Your insights will feed into financial and quality management, giving you a holistic view of project performance and commercial strategy.

By communicating key project information clearly and promptly, you’ll keep all parties aligned and ensure requirements are understood and met. Your role will be pivotal in delivering seamless project outcomes across construction, fit-out, and refurbishment sectors.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor of Construction Management (favourable but not essential)
• Experience (3-8 years) delivering commercial construction and/or fitout & refurbishment projects valued up to $20m
