Weβre searching for an enthusiastic Coordinator to guide and inspire our Hastings OSHC program, shaping experiences that leave lasting smiles and memories.
Hours:
Mornings: 7:00 am - 9:00 am
Afternoons: 2:45 pm β 6:00 pm
Plus 2 hours of weekly admin

Job Description
Your Role
Create Vibrant Learning Spaces β Foster a safe, welcoming environment where children can explore, play, and grow.
Inspire Curiosity & Creativity β Plan and lead activities that encourage learning, imagination, and skill-building.
Build Strong Relationships β Connect with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community.
Prioritise Well-being β Ensure every childβs safety, health, and overall development are always a top priority.
Lead & Mentor Your Team β Guide, support, and motivate a team of Educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.
Qualifications
Do you have what it takes?
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
- Australian work rights
- Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
