About the role

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cleaning Services professional to join our team at McLeod Country Golf Club in Mount Ommaney, QLD. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your schedule. As part of our Trades & Services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness across our golf club facilities.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and sanitise all designated areas, including clubhouse, locker rooms, halfway house and library

Replenish supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas as needed

Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the General Manager

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service

Work hours are flexible and aimed at a work life balance with 5am to 9am daily schedules across a 7day roster.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar Cleaning Services role, ideally within the hospitality or facilities management industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A keen eye for identifying and addressing any cleanliness or maintenance issues
