About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Assistant to the Service Manager to support our operations and quality team.
This flexible role combines work-from-home administration with occasional site visits across the Gold Coast to check cleaning quality and support our cleaners and team leaders.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality service and that our people feel supported every day.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Service Manager with daily coordination, reporting, and quality control.
- Communicate with clients and professionally handle service feedback.
- Schedule and roster cleaning teams across multiple office sites.
- Recruit, onboard, and support new cleaning team members.
- Conduct on-site quality checks and assist team leaders when needed.
- Help improve systems, checklists, and operational processes.
**About You**
You are organised, dependable, and thrive in an environment where people and processes work together. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about helping others succeed. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the cleaning industry (essential).
- A background in administration, coordination, or customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident use of Excel and scheduling tools.
- A driver's license and reliable transport for site visits.
- A proactive, caring, and detail-oriented attitude.
**The Details**
- Work from home with occasional site visits across the Gold Coast.
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week, mostly between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. (with occasional Saturdays).
- Hourly rate: $32–$40 per hour (depending on experience).
- Must have your own laptop and a reliable internet connection.
