The opportunity

As the ELC Co-Educator, you will join Korowa's passionate and innovative ELC community, celebrated for providing personalised care and exceptional learning experiences. Your role will be central to nurturing our youngest learners, supporting their natural curiosity through play-based, research-informed programs.

You will work closely with dedicated ELC teachers and staff, helping to create a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment where our students can explore and grow at their own pace.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate closely with ELC teachers to implement engaging daily routine and activities

Support the individual and group needs of children, ensuring their wellbeing and development

Help maintain compliance with Children Services Regulation alongside the ELC Director and team

Responsible for the Before School Care of ELC students, liaising with the educators for the program to ensure seamless care

The successful applicant will demonstrate

Previous experience in an Early Learning Centre setting

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine connections with students, parents and staff

Passion, enthusiasm and motivation to foster engaging, challenging and purposeful learning experiences for all students

Diploma in childhood education (preferred)

Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate

Current valid Working With Children Check
