Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of printers, copiers, and multifunction devices

Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing

Install, configure, and test new printer hardware and software

Provide technical support and advice to clients, ensuring seamless workplace printing solutions

Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and inventory

Manage and track the company’s printer equipment inventory

Collaborate with the wider technical team to share insights, knowledge, and best practices

About You

Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in printer repair and maintenance

Experienced with Canon printers (highly regarded)

Strong knowledge of printer hardware, software, and network connectivity

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently

Relevant qualifications or certifications in printer repair, electronics, or IT support

Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport for site visits

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa
