Job tasks and responsibilities

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role and a track record of working in a fast paced kitchen will be greatly looked upon. Possessing the necessary skills and be able to work within time constraints and have the ability to work as part of our team and autonomously. The successful applicants will be passionate about food and presentation and have the ability to work in a busy kitchen, with confidence and attention to detail. Creativity, a flair for all things food and the ability to be part of a team are essential traits.

Certificate III Commercial Cookery

Ensuring food is prepared to a high standard and consistent quality

Up to date with culinary trends & kitchen processes

Compliance with health & safety requirements and standards

Ensure all guest special requests, including dietary needs, are acknowledged and variations created
