We are a committed Allied Health Practice comprised of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Physiotherapists, focused on delivering a flexible and responsive mobile community service to NDIS participants. As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint a Senior Occupational Therapist.

About the position

Manage a clinical caseload of participants across areas such as capacity building intervention, functional capacity assessment, home and living supports, assistive technology and home modifications.

Demonstrate a high level of clinical experience and knowledge in providing evidence-based assessments, therapy and intervention sessions across the lifespan.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDIS processes, guidelines, and evidence-based occupational therapy practice.

Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and guidance to early-career occupational therapists, supporting skill development, confidence, and professional growth.

Participate in case discussions, professional development sessions, and contribute to the positive team culture.
