Rutledge Family Medical Centre is growing, and we’re looking for two enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our friendly, supportive team.

We’re a busy, community-minded practice with a strong focus on childhood immunisations, chronic disease management, and family healthcare. You’ll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same—our nurses are involved in everything from vaccinations to care planning and minor procedures.

About the Role:

Monday to Friday position—we’re flexible!

Suitable for either:

Full-time applicants, or

Part-time nurses sharing the role.

Work closely with a small, dedicated nursing team alongside our GPs and admin staff.

Key Areas:

Childhood immunisations (a major focus in our practice)

Chronic disease management

Assisting Minor procedures

Health Assessments and Screenings

Essential:

Registered Nurse (AHPRA)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in general practice

Current National Police Check & NSW Working with Children Check

Current CPR certification

Unrestricted work rights in Australia

Desirable (but not essential):

Nurse Immuniser accreditation

Familiarity with Best Practice, PenCS & Topbar

Experience with MBS billing and Medicare item numbers

Chronic disease management & child health experience
