We are searching for an enthusiastic, experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in a part-time position based at our office in Pakenham 3810. You’ll be joining a great company with a positive culture and friendly team environment.
We are looking for a self-motivated team player with strong administrative experience. You should be highly organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. A great multitasker with a positive attitude will feel right at home in our team.
This position offers family-friendly school hours from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. ( Flexible )
The following attributes are required to be successful in this role:
Proven experience in administration
Strong computer literacy
Advanced typing and data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks
High degree of attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Quick learner with the ability to pick up new administration systems quickly
Experience with data entry and using spreadsheets to track job costing
Advantages but not essential:
Experience in tender submissions beneficial but not essential
Previous experience in scheduling
Knowledge of arboriculture, horticulture or open space management
