About the role

Deliver the highest quality of best practice clinical care and holistic support to our residents.

Demonstrate a positive communication with the team, residents, families, and other professionals.

Provide clinical guidance, be a professional role model and coordinate the care team.

Create and review care plans with the residents and their families.

Develop and maintain positive resident/family and team relationships.

Lead a team of care staff.

Get involved in continuous improvement and other quality activities.

Our ideal candidate will have:

An active AHPRA registration

A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the older peoples' complex needs.

Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, regulations, and funding model

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a registered nurse, preferably in aged care

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
