About this Opportunity

Are you passionate about water and safety, and helping others gain confidence in the water? we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Learn to Swim Instructors to join our team!

We are particularly seeking someone who is available to take the Tuesday classes (11:30am – 1:30pm) and Thursday classes (9:30am – 1:30pm), with the potential to cover additional sessions as needed in the absence of other instructors, if desired.

This opportunity would be perfect if you are students or someone who is seeking part-time work while maintaining the work-life balance.

In this role you will:

Develop and deliver engaging swimming lessons that enhance swimmers' abilities and boost confidence.

Provide constructive feedback and progress updates to students.

Showcase a demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues, fostering effective teamwork.

Contribute to and cultivate a positive team culture.

To be successful in this role you will:

Demonstrated experience in delivering Learn-to-Swim lessons.

AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certificate or equivalent.

Blue Card.

First Aid and CPR certificate.

Availability throughout the week will put you in better standing for consistent and ongoing hours!
