HR Route Driver - Beverage Deliveries (Toowoomba)

The Role

$38.96/hr + Overtime + Super | Mon-Fri | 5am Starts

Join Toll People as a key member of our dedicated driver team in Toowoomba. We're on the lookout for skilled and safety-conscious HR drivers to handle multi-drop beverage deliveries across Toowoomba. If you're driven, reliable, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this role is for you.

The Role:

• Monday to Friday (an average of 10-12 hour shifts)
• Early 5:00am starts
• Competitive pay: $38.96 per hour + Overtime + Superannuation
• Work in a team that values precision, safety, and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver beverage cartons safely and efficiently across the Toowoomba Region
• Build strong relationships with our customers through friendly service
• Ensure consignments are delivered damage-free and on time
• Conduct pre-start safety vehicle checks
• Manual handling of cartons (must be physically fit)

What You'll Need:

• Valid HR Licence (or higher)
• Valid Forklift Licence
• Ability to provide a recent driving history report
• A recent police check is a plus (or we'll organise one)
• Previous multi-drop experience highly regarded
• Strong focus on customer service and safety
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
