Located in a beautifully restored heritage building in Lorn, NSW, we are a small, professional, and caring team dedicated to excellence in patient experience and surgical outcomes.

About the Role
We have a rare opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our surgical care team on a casual basis (1–3 days per week).
This is a hands-on, patient-facing role ideal for a nurse who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in providing high-quality care, and wants to work closely with a specialist surgeon in the post-weight-loss surgery field.

All training will be provided by Dr Bernard Beldholm for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with pre- and post-operative patient care

Perform wound care, suture removal, and dressing management

Support patients during recovery and healing

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

Liaise closely with the surgical and administrative team

Provide exceptional, compassionate care in every interaction

Contribute to patient education and aftercare communication

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)

Preferred experience in wound care and surgical nursing

Professional, well-presented, and empathetic

Self-motivated, organised, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively

Committed to patient safety and excellence in care

Looking for a long-term role within a stable, supportive team
