Hours Worked: 40 Hours Per Week.

Salary Between $40 - $55ph (Very dependant on skillset and candidate)

Vehicle + Super + RDO + OT (Optional).

Job Purpose:

APAC FM is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician with a fire systems background to join our industry-leading team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for the Service, Repairs & Minor Works of fire detection systems, smoke alarms, warning systems, control panels, exit and emergency lighting, portables & more.

🔥 Key Responsibilities:

Carry out the service, installation, maintenance, upgrades, and fault finding of fire safety equipment across residential and commercial sites

Carry out isolations, de-isolations, module/relay work

Complete fit-outs and fire orders as required

Participate in the On-Call roster

Demonstrate technical expertise and complete necessary training and accreditation

Ensure vehicle & personal appearance are to a high standard of presentation

Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and WHS regulations

🧰 What do you need to apply?

Electrical Licence (Essential).

Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, with direct exposure installing, maintaining and upgrading fire systems.

Strong knowledge of AS Fire related codes.

Ability to pass WWC and police check for specific sites.

✅ Qualifications / Licenses:

Cabling Licence (Bonus)

Cert II Fire Protection Inspection & Testing (Highly Desired)

LVR / CPR (Bonus)

White Card

Driver’s Licence
