About the Role
The shift pattern is a 7-day fortnight roster. Night Shift – 6:00pm to 6:00am
A s a Process Worker at breadsolutions', you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for a range of tasks involved in the production and packaging of our high-quality baked goods.
At all times, a Process Worker is required to work in accordance with company policies and designated standard operating procedures. A Process Worker is also required to ensure that, at all times, they comply with the company’s safety, hygiene and food safety standards.
What you’ll be doing
Support the production process via the performance of various activities on the production floor
Perform manual handling tasks
Assist in machine operation across various departments of the factory floor
Ensure that, at all times, all food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards are met / exceeded (incl. BRC, HACCP, GMP and the Bread Solutions Food Safety Program BSFSP)
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
Experience working with live product (e.g., dough or other active ingredients)
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and QCP requirements
Comfortable using technology (e.g. iPads or other digital tools for data entry)
Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
