The Opportunity:

We’re on the lookout for two reliable and experienced operators to join the team at a major transport and logistics depot in Wetherill Park.

One role focuses on warehouse operations (pick packing, forklift work, and high reach), while the other supports loading and unloading trucks, including assisting with strapping and load restraint.

🧱 What You’ll Be Doing:

Warehouse Operator Role:

• Operate forklifts (counterbalance & high reach) safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners for accurate order picking and dispatch
• Pick, pack, and stage freight ready for interstate movement
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and assist with inventory checks

Truck Support Role:

• Assist with loading and unloading trailers
• Secure freight using straps, angles, and load restraint methods
• Support drivers with truck movements and depot coordination
• Keep yard areas safe, clear, and operationally efficient

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Current LF forklift licence (high reach experience highly regarded)
• Previous experience in a transport, freight, or warehouse environment
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow procedures
• Physically fit & confident with manual handling
• Reliable and punctual with a can do attitude

🕒 Hours & Pay:

• 7:00am start | Monday to Friday
• 8 hour days with overtime available
• $35/hr + penalties
