Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educators to join our teams at Ace Academy, Morayfield centres. The educator will play a crucial role in supporting/leading the educational program and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children.

As a Lead Educator, you’ll be responsible for:

Designing and delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences with age appropriate learning resources aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members.

Support children with social and emotion regulations and positive interactions

Mentoring and guiding assistant educators to maintain best practices.

Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Collaborating with the Centre Director to achieve educational excellence.

Provide quality care and active supervision in day to day programs.

Implement a room routine that allows flexibility to meet children’s needs

Ensure hygiene practice is in place

Salary based off experience between 74,000-78,000 per year plus Super

Skills and Experience

minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).

Demonstrated experience in a similar role within an early childhood education setting.

Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child development principles.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
