Our two centres are located in Buderim and Maroochydore. They are thoughtfully designed environments, natural play spaces, and a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive early learning for children aged 6 weeks to school age. Our practice is grounded in our vision to see empowered children, educators, leaders and families to embed a learning community where everyone feels safe and valued.

The Opportunity: Senior Lead Educator

We’re on the lookout for experienced, passionate, and inspiring educators ready to step into senior leadership roles within our Buderim and Maroochydore teams.

As a Senior Lead Educator, you will:

Support our leadership team in driving educational excellence

Mentor and guide other educators

Lead with heart and vision in day-to-day practice

Be part of a strong, collaborative, and professional team

Have the option to explore documentation through floor books and StoryPark

What We’re Looking For

You're a great fit if you:

Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher)

Are an experienced educator ready to take the lead

Have strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

Thrive on mentoring, guiding, and inspiring others

Bring warmth, professionalism, and initiative to your work

Hold a valid First Aid Certificate & Blue Card
