This position involves service and maintenance work with a focus on:

Real estate and residential maintenance

Air conditioning service and installs

General electrical service work

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Fully Qualified Electrician

Experience in real estate maintenance and/or residential maintenance

Cert II in Split System Installation (highly regarded but not essential)

Strong work ethic, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset
