We’re looking for a driven and detail-focused Assistant Designer who shares our passion for sustainable, high-performance design and is ready to grow alongside a visionary leader in the industry.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in turning creative concepts into living, breathing spaces.

From sourcing natural materials and preparing beautiful mood boards, to liaising with clients and suppliers — you’ll be at the heart of the design process.

You’ll also help represent the business at industry events, ensure every client touchpoint reflects our high standards, and help bring our Founder’s creative vision to life with calm confidence and care.

• A genuine passion for sustainable, nature-inspired design.

• An eye for presentation and detail — in every sample board, sketch, and client interaction.

• Excellent communication — by phone, email, and in person.

• Professionalism and respect for client privacy.

• Focus, punctuality, and initiative.

• Bonus: hand sketching or SketchUp skills.
