The Opportunity
We are currently seeking professional, safety-focused Casual Drivers to join our growing team at the Cranbourne East Depot. As a driver with Wilson Coaches, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality transportation services to our clients while upholding our standards of comfort, reliability, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Operate coaches and buses safely and professionally in line with company standards and road regulations.

Provide exceptional service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and courteous experience

Communicate effectively with clients and operations staff.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete basic vehicle checks

Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Hold a minimum Medium Rigid (MR) license.

Demonstrated experience driving heavy vehicles with a strong, clean driving record

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A customer-first approach with a strong service ethic

Availability to work across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to obtain or currently hold the following:

Driver Accreditation

Working with Children Check (WWCC)

National Police Check
