Panorama Coaches is an exciting place to work, and we are growing, creating opportunities for more drivers to join our team. Operating a large fleet of automatic, air-conditioned modern buses and coaches ranging from 24 seats to 57 seats. Our goal is to get our customers to their destination comfortably, safely and with great service. We provide full induction and on road training on local school runs before you go it alone. Several Casual positions are available for a variety of hours from relief Casual to Regular School Runs morning & afternoon with occasional Charters and Rail Replacement work (min 20hrs per week) during School Terms only. Positions available based at our Diamond Creek depot, as well as our Northern area (Craigieburn/Donnybrook/Wallan).

The role

Delivering reliable and professional school and charter bus services.

Providing a high level of customer service.

Ensuring the safety of passengers, colleagues and the general public.

Operating buses in accordance with road laws, company policies and expectations.

Skills and experience required.

Must have Light Truck, Medium Rigid or Heavy Vehicle Licence, WWC, and Driver's Accreditation Certificate.

Professional personal presentation standards.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Positive and professional attitude with the ability to remain calm and in control.

Safe driving history and high safety standards.
