Join a great Industrial Automation team servicing a famous Australian ecommerce site with a special focus on intralogistics solutions. Work alongside a team of Mechanical fitters in providing support on breakdowns, preventative maintenance and controls based troubleshooting.

This role provides the opportunity to works afternoons Monday-Friday, 3:30-11:30pm based at the pristine state of the art Truganina site.

Salary is $120-125K + Super + every hour of OT paid at doubletime.

Must haves for the role:

A-Grade Electrical license

Able to assist mechanical fitters on any mechanical repairs. VSDs, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors etc.

Automation/Controls or FMCG experience. Troubleshooting and faultfinding.

What you'll be doing:

Provide technical support to resolve breakdowns, support shutdowns and deliver planned preventative maintenance.

Completing CMMS

Perform maintenance and repairs to OEM specifications and relevant standards.

Work with the helpdesk (control engineers) and internal teams to diagnose and fix faults.

Identify reliability risks and propose asset/design improvements.

Drive continuous improvement and keep maintenance documentation current.

Build strong partnerships with customer operations teams to maximise uptime.
