We are seeking an experienced residential aged care Revenue Officer to manage resident billing, subsidies and funding claims, debtor reconciliation, and financial administration across our residences. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about ensuring financial accuracy in a care-based environment.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential aged care revenue management or accounts receivable.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage billing and revenue processing for residents, including accommodation fees, care contributions and additional services

Experience in the aged care industry is required for this position.

Coordinate government funding claims - PRODA

Experience with AN-ACC funding systems is preferred but training will be provided.

Audit Resident Agreements

Assurity over prudential matters: RADs DAPS, RACs, DACs

Prepare refunds in accordance with legislated requirements

Process receipts, reconciliations and debtor follow-ups

Maintain accurate resident fee agreements and funding records

Liaise with families, external agencies and internal care teams regarding financial queries

Assist with month-end reporting and audit preparation

Candidates must be Australian permanent residents or citizens.
