About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Account Manager to oversee an established portfolio of Channel Partners and key commercial clients, while expanding our reach across WA’s business and not-for-profit sectors.
You’ll represent Pentanet’s premium connectivity products - Business Fibre, Fixed Wireless and NBN Enterprise Ethernet and play a key role in driving our commercial growth.
Most of your week will be spent on the road meeting partners and customers. Expect to be in our Balcatta HQ one day a week and at our CBD office one to two days per week.
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of ~30 Channel Partner accounts
Develop new partner relationships within the WA channel ecosystem
Manage key commercial and NFP customer relationships
Prospect and secure new business opportunities through proactive BD
Negotiate and close deals aligned with revenue and gross-profit targets
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client success
Represent Pentanet at industry and networking events
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales or account-management experience (telecommunications or IT preferred)
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of WA’s partner and commercial market
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly self-motivated, organised, and commercially astute
Current driver’s licence
