Here at the Settlers Run Golf Club our Restaurant and Bar offer a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience for members and guests. From casual clubhouse lunches to evening meals and lively bar service, we pride ourselves on exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team to supervise our evening dinner services. This would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and takes pride in leading a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The Role

As a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the daily operation of our restaurant and bar areas. You’ll ensure smooth service, uphold high standards, and lead by example on the floor.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Supervising restaurant and bar service during evening shifts to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Leading and motivating the front-of-house team, helping to ensure staff are well-trained, professional, and guest-focused.

Coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams for efficient service delivery.

Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.

Assisting with daily operations such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting.

Supporting events, golf days, and functions as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in restaurant or bar supervision (hospitality or club experience preferred).

Passionate about service excellence and hospitality.

A natural leader who can inspire and support their team.

Well-organized, reliable, and hands-on in their approach.

Confident in handling busy service periods.

Must have a Valid RSA and transport
