We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Factory Hand. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn and be part of a supportive, high performing team. You'll be working in a clean, well organised environment where quality and teamwork are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with general workshop and factory duties

Sanding and surface preparation

Masking and prep work for spray painting

Assisting with paint application (training provided)

Performing local deliveries and pick ups

Conducting quality control checks

Maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and workspace

What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Good attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Physically fit and reliable

Previous experience in a workshop or with spray painting (desirable but not essential)
