Supporting 2 Partners in the Management Rights/Property team

The role

As a Legal Secretary, you will support 2 Partners and the team in the Commercial Property/Management Rights department. Your duties will include dealing with clients, on line searches, diary and in box management and organising meetings, document production, power point presentations, monthly billings, typing letters and documents and general admin duties.

Your experience

You will need to have a minimum of 3 years Legal Secretary experience within a law firm environment. Corporate and/or Commercial Property Legal Secretary experience is also needed.

The Law firm/ Salary

Leading Boutique Law firm of 60 staff based in the Brisbane CBD. Have weekly morning teas, social club, drinks nights, monthly free massages, birthday leave. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($75,000 to $95,000 including superannuation).
