What we're looking for

You're a litigation lawyer with 5+ years' PQE who's ready to step up. You're competitive but collaborative. You love the intellectual challenge of untangling complex disputes and crafting winning strategies.

Essential experience:

Strong commercial litigation background with solid courtroom exposure

Excellent drafting skills (affidavits, pleadings, submissions)

Confident understanding of Court Rules and procedures

Sound knowledge of commercial causes of action: breaches of contract, trust and fiduciary duties, Corporations Act claims, ACL matters

Experience managing files, costs budgets, and client relationships independently

Ability to work effectively with counsel while driving strategy yourself
