Key Responsibilities:

• Nursing Ad-hoc shift allocator
• Strong admin and clear phone manner
• Full time and some occasional weekend and week night shift filling may be required depending on the needs
• The role is working with existing clients on a casual adhoc desk and also building more business will also be required
• Strategic decision making and strong business skills
• Ability to take ownership of your own desk and grow
• This role will suit someone who is computer savvy who can work at a really fast pace to get 20-30 nurses out every week

About you:

• You will need to be energetic, organised and focused on hitting targets
• Experience in the healthcare industry or an understanding of the nursing industry
• Persistent & Reliable characteristics
• Self motivated
• Background in recruitment, sales or people management
