About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth-based team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and placing top-quality candidates while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and legislation.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen and interview candidates across hospitality, aged care and mining, ensuring alignment with client requirements and compliance standards.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, reference checks and candidate placement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing tailored workforce solutions and responsive service delivery.
• Coordinate rostering and workforce allocation to meet fluctuating client demands across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, industry regulations and company policies during recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide candidates with clear information on role requirements, site conditions, remuneration and employment terms to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Monitor workforce performance and gather client feedback to maintain service quality and address potential issues proactively.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or labour hire (hospitality/aged care/mining sectors preferred).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in using recruitment software, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Understanding of Fair Work and WHS legislation relevant to the recruitment process.
