Working within a team in an organisation that values flexibility and learning, as AHRI’s Content & Research Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our advisory panels, research projects, and advocacy activities – bringing together insights that inform national HR standards, events, and publications.
About the Role
Working within the HR Standards & Capability team, this position provides administrative and project coordination support for AHRI’s research, content and advisory panel activities. Your work will help shape AHRI’s thought leadership and member engagement through research coordination, stakeholder liaison, meeting support, and content development.
Typical responsibilities include:
Coordinating advisory panel meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
Supporting research activities including survey setup, data collation and partner coordination
Providing administrative and project support for advocacy and content initiatives
Liaising with internal teams, panel members, and external research partners
About You
This role would suit someone with strong administrative or coordination experience, ideally with exposure to HR, professional services or research environments.
You’ll bring:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives
Strong written communication and minute-taking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/database systems
A collaborative, proactive, and professional approach
Experience supporting HR, research or content teams will be highly regarded
