The Courts Administration Authority (CAA) is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Organisational Development professional who is passionate about cultivating a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture through capability initiatives.
About the Organisation:
The Courts Administration Authority is constituted by the Courts Administration Act 1993 (the Act). The Act established the State Courts Administration Council as an administrative authority independent of control by executive government and to confer on the Council power to provide courts with the administrative facilities and services necessary for the proper administration of justice.
Participating courts of the Authority are the Supreme Court, District Court, Environment, Resources and Development Court, Youth Court, Magistrates Court, and the Coroner's Court.
The People and Culture Division delivers strategic and operational HR services aligned with the strategic and business objectives of the CAA. It provides governance for all legislation and policy pertaining to employment of public officers.
The Division provides solutions relating to organisational development; learning and development; HR advisory and consultancy; employee and industrial relations management; workplace health and safety, injury management and rehabilitation services, and payroll services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development and delivery of projects, programs, and initiates to continuously enhance the organisational culture
Develop, build and manage learning and development offerings to support employee development.
Develop initiatives which create a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion practices.
Provide expert advice and strategic direction to senior leaders to help build and maintain workforce capability.
Be proactive and utilise innovative effective coaching skills which encourage and enable collaboration across an organisation.

Work with the CAA's Executive Leadership Team and senior officials across the Public Sector to drive and implement organisational development strategies.
Adelaide CBD location near tram line and the Central Market.
Work in a committed and supportive People and Culture Division.
Special Conditions:
This is a long-term backfill contract for up to 2 years.
Appointment is under the Courts Administration Act 1993. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the Public Sector Act 2009.
Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
As a justice agency, the CAA may receive details of spent convictions as part of any Criminal History Screening and use this information in the selection process.
