About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Health & Safety Lead to drive the development and enhancement of WHS and Injury Management frameworks across a dynamic ANZ business. This role is central to fostering a strong safety culture, aligning systems with legislative and corporate requirements, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• System Leadership: Design and implement a modern WHS and Injury Management system that meets compliance standards and encourages positive safety behaviours.
• Governance & Risk: Build and maintain safety systems and governance frameworks that support corporate responsibility and future-readiness.
• Critical Risk Management: Lead hazard and risk management strategies for complex, high-risk issues to achieve key safety performance outcomes.
• Culture & Capability: Collaborate across teams to embed a safety-first culture, mentor leaders, and enhance H&S capability throughout the organisation.
• Operational Support: Provide expert guidance on injury management, WorkCover, and self-insurance compliance, particularly in South Australia.
• Reporting & Assurance: Deliver robust reporting and assurance to meet due diligence and support business performance.
